In this episode I talk about why those on the spectrum have a shorter temper than others. It might be worse than ordinary anger issues because I might as well mention the violent and destructive outbursts that autistic people can possibly have. While it is hard to manage, from personal experience, I will say it is manageable and that is what I also talk about. Finally, I even go further in depth and talk about what we are thinking during our anger fits.

In this episode, I talked to retired MMA fighter and pro wrestler Daniel Puder. Daniel has a record of 8 wins to 0 losses. Although he shares his accomplishments with us on Autism Rocks And Rolls, he shares how he got there because throughout his life he got bullied. As he said himself, "I was the kid that would get picked last to join a team and was picked on and bullied daily by other kids in my class because I had a learning disorder." I couldn't read very well and had to go to different rooms to take my tests. The good news is he got through it because he runs many charter schools and, like me, he has a 501 (c) 3 nonprofit organization, MLMP (My Life My Power), that is helping so many others out there.

How do you sell yourself as a person or as a businessman or woman? That question will be answered because I interviewed Forbes Riley, AKA The Pitching Queen. I met her virtually at a virtual summit and in person at a podcast convention in Orlando, Florida. The reason why I had to have her on the show is that she is a motivational speaker and I was moved by not only her business tips but I was also moved by her life. The woman you will hear is not the same in 1968. As she said, "I was a shy and awkward kid with a tongue twister who had a tough time fitting in." Let's all hear how she went from a shy kid to a queen.

In this episode, I talk about the feeling of not just burnout when you get exhausted with a hobby but autistic burnout. The basic definition is that those who have autism are burnt out as they feel like they are missing out on basic life skills such as cooking and driving. However, I am here to spread some courage and inspiration because while they might miss those chances, aspies can show vindication by having advanced skills that do not come easily to others. Take a listen to a truthful and appealing Autism Rocks and Rolls episode.

In this episode, we talk to famous comedian Judy Gold. Judy started comedy in 1986 and has not stopped people from laughing. She has made appearances on shows such as The Late Night Show With Stephen Colbert and TruTV's World's Dumbest. Although she is funny, there is a serious side to her because she has anxiety and depression along with ADHD. Plus, Judy has even been bullied for her height. Despite all of this, she is one successful and funny woman. So I encourage you to tune in to hear Judy's wise words and jokes.

What about me? What about Raven? That is what we learn about today because for this episode we interview professional wrestler Raven. Raven is a 2-time ECW Champion and a 27-time Hardcore Champion. He has wrestled in wrestling promotions like TNA, WCW, ECW, and yes, WWE. Raven's character did not only represent mental health, but Raven represents mental health in real life too, because he has HPD (Histrionic personality disorder) and NPD (narcissistic personality disorder), along with having type 2 diabetes. Even though Raven has these challenges, he still lives life to its fullest. Let's learn how Raven does that on Autism Rocks And Rolls.

On this episode, we talk to Miyah Sundermeyer. I was on her podcast called "Hello With World With Miyah Sundermeyer" and I believe that I should return the favor. However, I did not only want her to return the favor. I also wanted her on Autism Rocks and Rolls because she, like me, is autistic and is friends with Temple Grandin. Mrs. Sundermeyer is also a leader because she works with the Autism Plan in Georgia. Let's hear Miyah's wisdom and story on Autism Rocks and Rolls together.

Join me as we learn about how people on the autism spectrum make their mark with their blueprint. A clue is that we tap into their skills and allow autistic people to practice them every day. This has resonated with your host because he has been what society calls "obsessed" about certain concepts, and in this episode, everyone will also learn how to join them in the concept but also cope with our obsessing for our sanity.

In this episode, we take a different turn on Autism Rocks and Rolls because we meet Sonny Von Cleveland, who has so much respect for the disability community. However, he also has a story because, from the age of 5 to 10, he was sexually assaulted by four men. There is more because he also served 18 years in prison, but after meeting a man while in solitary confinement, he changed his ways by having a wife, starting a YouTube channel, being a motivational speaker, starting a cat café called Frisky Business, and being an ambassador for Boo2Bullying. Let's listen to this example of how someone can change their way of life.

In this episode, we make history because for the first time on Autism Rocks and Rolls, we interview a play therapist. The play therapist I will be interviewing is Jack Mason Goodall, who not only loves Disney but I met just in February through a speaking gig in Oklahoma. Goodall runs Autism Optimism International in England, which is a therapy place that tries to bring the best out of someone on the spectrum since 2009. Join me as we hear not only what a play therapist is, but how Autism Optimism International is truly changing lives.
